Our story
Redefine the future with innovative software
Founded in 2024 in Brisbane, Insprove was created in response to a common industry problem – too many consulting solutions looked the same.
We saw businesses repeatedly facing the same challenges: duplicated advice, bottlenecks that never shifted, and strategies that didn’t reflect the realities on the ground.
At Insprove, we believe that real impact comes from understanding each organisation deeply (its people, processes, and priorities), and tailoring solutions that fit. Since launching, we’ve helped businesses streamline delivery, improve decisions, and build momentum – and we are just getting started.

Meet the founder
Bee started Insprove with a simple idea: to build a consultancy grounded in people-first thinking, meaningful outcomes, and real impact.
Insprove began as a personal commitment to doing things differently. After years of working in both public and private sectors, I saw a pattern — delivery that looked good on paper but rarely worked for the people on the ground. That gap is what inspired me to create Insprove.
I started my career in technology as a full-stack developer, and over time moved into Agile delivery, product and program management, and business consulting. While I lead the business today, I remain deeply hands-on with technology. This technical foundation has shaped how I lead – blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and always asking: will this actually work for the team delivering it?
I’ve led cross-functional teams across complex government and enterprise environments, and throughout, one belief has stayed with me: innovation should be practical, inclusive, and human-first.
At Insprove, we don’t just deliver frameworks or slides. We partner closely with our clients, uplift their teams, and help them build the capability to deliver meaningful outcomes -sustainably.
We’re still early in our journey, but we’re clear on our direction: enabling change that’s thoughtful, grounded, and built to last.
